For those of you that may not know, there is a tourist train in Ogema, Saskatchewan called the Southern Prairie Railway...
They have a restored locomotive and passenger car and beautiful train station. Their heritage train consists of a ride down the tracks from Ogema to Horizon. Once you reach horizon you visit an original grain elevator, learn a bit of how it works and then take the train back to Ogema. They also have other trains that include a pitchfork fondue, settler supper, train robber, all day train and more.
We went out last year and loved our experience so when this year rolled around we were looking on their website ready to book our next train trip! We noticed the lack of high quality photographs and wondered if they had a photographer. We decided to offer our photographer services while we were there. The father's day train was new this year - complete with cookies for every dad from Christie's. It was a fun experience and I know everyone had a great time.
Thanks SPR for letting us join the team!
